Appointment Policy
Scheduling Appointments:
All visits are by appointment only (same-day bookings are accepted based on availability).
Appointments must be scheduled at least one day in advance to allow proper planning and coordination.
Emergency STAT draws can be accommodated when possible.
Appointment Confirmation:
All appointments require confirmation. You will receive a text, email, or call to confirm your appointment time and details.
Unconfirmed Appointments may be subject to cancellation.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fee.
Missed or last-minute cancellations may result in a service charge of $25 to compensate for time and travel.
